The corporate events highlighted above represent just a small fraction of the corporate events and corporate entertainment we’ve produced in the last 20 years.

Our corporate event entertainment production experience spans virtually all different types of companies and all different event types. We have produced corporate event entertainment in venues worldwide with our scope from just creating an entertainment concept all the way through turn-key production from design through execution. Our team has directed corporate events in arenas in Sao Paulo, produced corporate entertainment in ancient temples in Bali, integrated fire effects in product launches in the desert in Mexico, produced cirque-style performances in Dubai, and directed Broadway style tap shows in the mountains of Gramado.

Customized Approach

Corporate events are by nature extensively customized based on client messaging, theme, venue, time line, and logistical constraints. We approach corporate events and entertainment for corporate events as a unique production each time we are involved in a project. Although one of our central “value-ads” is the incorporation of existing capitalized entertainment content and infrastructure into a corporate event, we use that content in unique ways, customized for each client. This value-ad is used to reduce risk and costs in producing and presenting unique effects in the corporate entertainment arena.

Client Message First

As you look through our highlighted previous projects and our approach, you will see that we have a focus on the client message first. Our design approach centers on understanding what our clients are trying to say, why they’re having the corporate event in the first place, where the event is occurring, and who the event is trying to reach. This approach keeps everyone focused on why we’re having entertainment to begin with, and what we’re trying to do.

Entertaining Tomorrow’s Consumer

As you look back in POET Events’ history and get an understanding of our early events, you’ll see that we have morphed over the years from offering turn-key production to focusing on unique corporate event entertainment and its relationship to marketing products and services. We feel that entertainment is marketing and that marketing needs to be entertaining for tomorrow’s consumer. Tomorrow’s customer needs to be engaged and attracted to a brand that they believe in and that believes in them. Our belief is that corporate events in themselves are marketing events, and that these projects are never primarily about the entertainment, the venue, the visuals, or the food. These events are about reaching people, they are about telling your story, and winning them over.
